Unable to start iPad Minecraft app with Wi-Fi on

Unable to start iPad Minecraft app with Wi-Fi on. Looks like Minecraft logo screen is stuck in this case.

With Wi-Fi off, it can be started successfully. However, it's impossible to start it on Wi-Fi version iPad.
