Minecraft Bedrock Switch freezes everytime [ 1.11.0 ]

Hi. Im having a problem with the Minecraft Nintendo Switch Bedrock version since 3 months ago... ITS UNPLAYABLE! When I select Minecraft to play, It takes 2 minutes and sometimes 3 minutes to load the Minecraft menu because the screen freezes, and minutes later the screen freezes AGAIN, again and again... And If I come back to the Nintendo Switch menu pressing the home button, THE SWITCH MENU FREEZES! The touchscreen doesn't works, even the joy-cons or the pro controller buttons doesn't works! I can't play in servers and in my worlds, because I can die anytime due to this problem!
