My cat broke loose from my leash and ran away while sitting

Normal day. I try to move my cat so I leash it while it’s sitting. Big mistake. My can breaks loose from its leash and starts running to the hills while sitting down and passing up everything, even a chicken. It eventually gets stuck by the edge of the water and I stand it back up. When I was bringing him back I also noticed that my cat tends to run around a lot when leashed

Edit: I just updated to 1.11.1 and it seems that it still happens but when manually unleashed while sitting makes the cat stop running
