Every time I try to open my world it crashes to the Home screen of the Xbox One.

    Whenever I try to open my world the music turns off and everything stops (it might do this a couple times) and it kicks me back to the Home screen, I've tried at least ten times it has been the same every time. before that started happening I was in the nether just walking around, I was near a nether fortress and two nether portals and I was currently standing above a lava pool when it started stuttering and kicked me out of the game (Thankfully it saved recently) I tried getting on multiple times after that but it hasn't let me do anything after like fifteen seconds; now it won't even let me open my world.
