Didn't have the "custom skin" button to choose a different skin.

So I wanted to play Minecraft after changing some settings. When I opened it, it kept crashing. So I reinstalled Minecraft. When I opened it it wasn't crashing so I went to change my skins under the skin section. But it didn't have the custom skin button.
