Block Chunk's turning solid green and trapdoors missing

Loaded in the game today and large chunks of blocks have turned green when stone mountains should be plus the builds we have are missing trapdoors that were placed, also noticed sometimes the block does not dropped when placed it just flashes in the spot I put it then nothing goes there,
