Chiseled Quartz Block aren’t rotating to show the other pattern

FYI: My sister and I use the Natural Texture pack.

Before the 1.11.0 update, we were able to rotate the block (think of how wood placement works), and it would give us either the line texture or the flower texture of the block depending on how we placed it. Now it’s only placing, no matter the direction, with the line texture. 

Please fix this.
