Supply and demand resetting

I expect traders lock in their profession after levelling up the tier or at least after price increase. What happens was that I removed its workstation and replaced it back. The villager reclaimed it and resetting the price increased to initial price. I feel that it needs a fix that will prevent player from exploiting. Need more testing.

BTW, I love supply and demand idea. Please keep up and improve it.
