Opening a marketplace map makes my game crash -MCPE

I purchased a world template on the marketplace of pocket edition. there were no issues with the download, but when i go to open it, it scrolls through the regular minecraft tips, then crashes. i have tried opening it on other people's phones and it just won't work. texture packs load fine on it.
