Redstone bugs

1.Rails do not correctly connect to eachother in normal generated worlds, tho in flat worlds they connect properly. 2. Dispensers cannot eject items into a hopper. and 3. dispensers cannot shoot items in eachother if they are directly connected. i hope this gets fixed very soon.
