City Builder World Machine Error

In the City Builder Mashup pack with the world as a part of it, the "Machines" for each building that requires Oak Wood is not taking in account for the amount I give it. Every other material (Iron Block, Cobblestone, etc.) are being taken in and accounted for.  I need to know if there's a certain order to go by or if its my model of phone or if its a pack bug going on. It's been irritating me, and I've restarted the world a few times, deleted, remade, I even uninstalled and re-installed the app to my phone, re-downloaded the pack, yet to no avail. It won't take the Oak Wood and I've tried other woods.
