Cannot craft wooden planks, among many other receipes

I updated my server to 1.11 yesterday and my players and I cannot manage to craft a lot of receipes. For example, when I put raw wood in the craft zone, wooden planks won't appear on the other side. I don't have any mods and it works correctly on Local and on my old Realm.
