Realm connection issues

Ok I'm paying 15$ for a realm, and y'all couldn't even bother to make sure realms work on switch. This game has multiple issues outside of this. I get the disconnected from server message repeatedly. I've tried everything but the only solution allows me to play for an extra 5 minutes before it disconnects! This game is plagued with issues on switch.
