Can’t download realms or change skins

ios 12. For the past 3 updates cant download my realm. I have an iPad Pro with 43gb available storage. I am now contacting Apple store and report you for FORCING people to continue to pay for realms. Also I cant change my skins. So all the ole i bought are a waste of money. Let's see if Apple can light a fire under your A**
