Can't upload world to Realms Server

When I tried to upload a world I created to have a map to start off with, the upload wouldn't finish after successfully exporting. Now no one can join the realm, I can't reset the world, or close down the realm itself. This all happened after trying to upload a new world.

 

I tried starting a new realms and duplicating the action and again it is now unresponsive. I paid $8 for it and now I'm stuck with 2 unresponsive realms.
