Incomplete Village Generation in existing worlds

Some houses in villages are partially generated (like cut in half and similar). I could only see this happening in worlds created before 1.11 and it does not happen in brand new worlds. For example in seed 1450483947(created prior to 1.11) the village at 952 ,-232 has a few incomplete houses. It was to only village where I saw this. Two more in the same world were fine.
