character will start to look up and I can't get it to look down....

Every time I use a controller on MCPE everything will work fine until I load on a world and my character will start to look upwards and I cant get it to look down pls bring out a fix for this as I enjoy Minecraft with a controller. I tried to look on the internet for any solutions but no one had one
