TNT is broken

Ok so I tried creating a cannon because i have not done that in a while. But tnt does not launch other tnt anymore they just stay in same place or go down. MY gameplay is smooth and lag free, it kind of looks like you guys meant it to be like that. Because if it is 1,000's of tnt based maps just got ruined.
