Screen view issue

For some reason the screen view keeps shaking side to side almost all of the time. Before the update it wasn't too bad but after the update it started getting very bad. Now it keeps shaking side to side severely all of the time and will not stop so this issue needs to be resolved fixed soon Epic fail!!
