Content log file not present

Content log path as stated in the settings is not present:

 

Am not seeing the file in the provided location (and yes, I have enabled hidden files/system files). 

I'm using the scripting API and logging with 'server.log("foobar")' as I go along, but nothing is ever written to the log (nor the usual chat-debug outout).
