Mobs can't pathfind on top of trapdoors

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a trapdoor on the top part of a block;
2. Spawn or lure a mob and make it go on top of the trapdoor.

Expected results:
The mob stays normal and moves around.

Observed results:
The mob is unable to move.
