Throwing things at bells doesn't swing it to the right direction

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a bell hanging from a ceiling;
2. Throw items, shoot arrows, tridents, potions or anything while moving around the bell.

Expected results:
The bell swings based on the direction you threw the thing.

Observed results:
The bell always swings to the same direction.
