[Fixed] Ringing bells while crouching doesn't make any sound

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place or find a bell;
2. Crouch;
3. Use the bell.

Expected results:
The bell rings normally.

Observed results:
The bell rings, but doesn't play any sound. It still has all the other behaviors you'd expect the bell to have.
