The rails do not change direction using levers in the new beta

Summary:
Curved rail is not switching direction when powered with redstone on a t-junction.

Steps to reproduce:

• Place rails in a t-shape and make sure the rail is curved to one of the sides
• Power the curved rail
• Unpower the curved rail

Observed behavior:
The curved rail doesn't change in direction.

Expected behavior:
The curved rail switches sides when powered and switches back when unpowered.
