Letters are capitalized after a space or being deleted

When I type stuff in chat or signs, every space the next letter is capitalized. Also, if I delete a letter, the one I replace it with is capitalized.

(This is in both gamemodes)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open chat or place a sign
2. Type stuff in
3. If you delete a letter, it makes the next letter you type capital. If you space, it makes the next letter you type capital
