Some mobs cannot pathfind their way through buttons below them and jumps when they are chasing something

Some mobs spawned on top of buttons (spawned from a spawn egg) will not move. Mobs that are chasing players or villagers will always jump around buttons similar to fire however they can randomly successfully pathfind through buttons while jumping.

To Reproduce
1. Spawn mob on top of button (make it 3x3 and crouch to spawn mob)
2. Mobs don't pathfind or move

Alternative version
1. Spawn hostile mob one block away from button
2. Go to survival
3. The mob chases you but jumps around the button and rarely stop
