[Duplicate] Loyalty ropes blink and aren't connected to the player

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enchant a trident with loyalty (level 1, just to make it easier to notice);
2. Throw it away

Expected results:
A loyalty rope appears, connected to both the player and the trident. It doesn't disappear until the player gets the trident back.

Observed results:
The loyaty rope keeps blinking and isn't connected to the player.
