[Duplicate] Flowing water looks like a water source when it's next glass

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a 4x4 glass cube with a 2x2 hollow space inside;
2. Place water anywhere inside the glass;
3. Go outside and look at the water.

Expected results:
The water sides are displayed as flowing water.

Observed results:
The water sides are displayed as stationary water.
