[Fixed in 1.13] Endermen can't become invisible

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn or find an Enderman;
2. Throw a splash potion of invisibility at it.

Expected results:
The Enderman becomes invisible, with the exception of its eyes.

Observed results:
The Enderman gets the effect, has potion particles being shown but doesn't become invisible.
