Unable to continue Right Click

When holding right click, I expected to be able to continue placing blocks where I was pointing but it only goes in one direction.. It's very weird. It seems like right click/use button is really messed up every where.. It was fine before and now I can't rapid place blocks when building. Very strange.

 

There are so many tickets about right click, I couldn't find which one this belonged too, sorry!
