Fell through the map when reentering the overworld

I went to the nether with end game items and went to farm quartz. I went back with full durability mending items, but i got stuck in the transition screen from the nether to over world. I thought nothing of it so i closed the app after 5 minutes. When i re entered the game I fell through the map and lost all my enchanted items from my pure survival world. Don't want to be rude, but is there anyway I can get my items back.
