Windows 10 edition, multiplayer bug

Dear Mojang,

There is a problem with the multiplayer services on the minecraft's windows 10 edition game. The problem is actually that i wanted to play with my friends so we bought it and a writing showed up that it couldn't connect to the the server. Not explains, nothing. So please i just wanted to play some minecraft with mí friend and now I can't. I would really like it. If you read my issue letter thank you for your attention. (I'm sorry for the grammar and the mistakes I'm just a Hungarian boy.... (and it's not Bedrock codebase It's Windows 10 edition))
