Converted Drowns Don't Drop Any Items

When zombies (either from spawn eggs, spawners, or naturally spawned) get converted into drowns, they will no longer drop ANY items. Only EXP. Normally they would drop flesh, nautilus shells, gold etc. Basically everything BUT tridents.

This seems like a half step towards drowned parity with java(which is really needed) but its kinda messed up.

How to reproduce:
1. Make a 2 deep pool of water
2. Fill it with as many zombies as you like
3. Wait for them to all convert to drowns
4. Kill them all with looting 3, you will see none of them drop items, only exp.

Note: any zombies that where wearing armor/tools, will drop it when converting to a drown. This is normal.
