Fortune 3 Affects Two Tall Flower Types

Tools with fortune 3 on them, will drop multiple 2 tall flowers, when mining any of the 2 tall flower types.

Not much else to it, kinda nice but you can already bonemeal them to "duplicate" the two tall flower, so not really that useful.
