Half portion of the ghast's body is sunken inside a block

Using a ghast spawn egg, the ghast's lower part of it's body is sunken inside a block.

To reproduce
1. Use a ghast spawn egg
2. Spawn the ghast

Note: It's actually their hitbox that is causing this.
