Won't let me jump

I've been mining and I got down to bedrock. I dug around some and then realized I can't jump out! At all. I got rid of my armour and everything I was carrying... nothing. I even let myself go hungry because I thought dying would at least get me out and then guess what... it won't let me even die! I am literally stuck in this hole.i even got rid of the torches hoping zombies will spawn and kill me. Switched on auto- jump and still doesn't let me out. Pretty peeved here as I've collected a lot of stuff and don't want to start another game. Help! This is on XBox 1
