Multiplayer issues

Dear who ever is reading this 

Hello I am here to complain about a issues with minecraft multuplayer services. For the past few weeks since the 1.10 update I have not been able to join anyone. I have looked at every websight Mojang has given me and have had no luck. So it would be nice for some one to tell me why this is happening.
