Mob Spawners don't stop spawning hostile mobs even if the room is already lit up with torches.

Mob spawners will keep on spawning hostile mobs despite the room is fully lit up. I've tried this with other difficulties, thinking maybe on hard mode the mob spawners will keep on spawning mobs despite the room being fully lit up. But it turns out, even on normal mode and easy mode this bug still occur.
