Villager changes job and keeps old trades

Whenever a villager changes its job in 1.10.0 it keeps its old trades and I’m not sure what to do? Is it my iPhone 6? It say it’s compatible.please help me solve this one know ignore it’s just a glitch that will be fixed when 1.11 releases.
