Game Reset

So I have been working on a project on a file named 'Stronghold Village". Just now I saved the game and then I tried to log back in to change something and it told me that the game wouldn't load. I tired again and it has reset the file to when I first spawned in. I would like to know if I can get my progress back. The file is now renamed 'Park11'
