Constant Disconnected from Server Error on Realm using Nintendo Switch

Every time I join a realm that I am part of I receive a "Disconnected from Server" error within 10 minutes of joining. I have tried on multiple different internet sources and have had the same result. Other members of the realm have had no issues even when on the same internet. I have also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. I have restarted my device multiple times as well. The issue began March 25, 2019.
