My controls to move are gone and so is my inventory and chat bar my screen is also frozen.

my controls to move have completely disappeared, and my chat bar and inventory controls have also gone. My screen is also frozen as if a am going to shoot a trident, crossbow, or bow and arrow. I have tried to die and have also gone to my settings to see if anything is wrong and I have checked multiple times and nothing is wrong, and it’s not one world it is all 29 of them.k
