Graphics glitch

So whenever I start moving around in-game I realize the pixels turn green, red, or blue. When I stay stationary the textures to the block are normal, I only realize this when I start moving in-game. For some reason, this mostly affects blocks such as oak wood, dark spruce doors, and etc. I don't know why this affects some blocks and some don't have this issue.
