Strange Villager / Genie-like mob appearing at random

For the last two weeks this odd "genie" looking villager appears at random near me. If you attack it, it floats away, and if you kill it, nothing drops. It does nothing but appear so it is not a major bug, just unsure of why it is happening...  This is on the bedrock edition of realms on the xbox one 1.10.7.70
