Cannot get off of bedrock level 1

I dug down to bedrock looking for treasure on my treasure map and now I cannot get off of bedrock. I am unable to jump and cannot even use stairs to get off. I activated the creative mode and gave up my achievements which I didnt want to and I cant even fly off of bedrock. Please fix this ASAP as now i cant play my game anymore
