Frequent Game Freezes Makes Game Unplayable (1.9.0-1.10.0)

After I downloaded 1.10.0 on Nintendo Switch I've been experiencing VERY often game freezes (LITERALLY EVERY 30 SECONDS). These freezes last for 5-10 seconds each. While a freeze is happening, the game still runs in the background. Let's say I'm fighting mobs and the game freezes, chances are I'll instantly find myself dead in a few seconds.

This also happened on 1.9.0 (but I can't select that here). But in 1.9.0, these freezes only happened during multiplayer games. They happened a lot less frequently, but when they did happen, you would get disconnected from the game, making online multiplayer unplayable. This multiplayer freezing thing still happens in 1.10.0.

I LOVE Minecraft, but I really can't function in-game with this bug. So I decided to take a break till the next bug fix/major update.
