Endermen Staring Sound Would Begin Playing Despite Player Currently In Creative Mode.

I noticed this bug when play-testing in my world.

What I expected to happen was:
Nothing. Sound should only play if a player is in survival mode.

What actually happened was:
The staring sound would begin to play.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. While in Creative mode, get an Enderman spawn egg.
2. Spawn the Endernan.
3. Remaining in Creative mode, stare at the Enderman.
4. (Make sure you have Sound enabled/turned up) Lisen for the Enderman staring sound effect.
