Arrows are set on fire when being deflected by an ender dragon

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the End
2. Wait for the dragon to go to the center of the island (on top of the portal)
3. Shoot at the wings

Observed results:
The arrows are set on fire and go through the dragon.

Expected results:
The arrows are deflected.
