The game on one of my servers is very laggy when flying

This is the summary of the bug I am having.

What I expected to happen was...:
Just fly normally without any lag

What actually happened was...:
Lags a lot when I fly in my server

Steps to Reproduce:
I don't know how to reproduce cause its lagging when I fly
