Multiplayer only Disable on all update

Minecraft Bedrock Official v1.8.0 can play Multiplayer but why can't official play 1.9.0.15 and 1.10 multiplayer (with LAN)? even though I have turned it on before making or entering the world, it's really disappointing that the current version of Minecraft Bedrock ... even though I've played Minecraft PE from 2012 v0.9 it can play multiplayer, why?
